Nothing. There were a few friendly staff, but the place is littered with incompetence, especially the management and reception. The restaurant is always out of ingredients for specific meals, and the shortage can last 2 to 3 days.

Excellent location - 10 min from the Bole International Airport. Polite and friendly staff, spacious rooms. Big diversity of meals for breakfast. Everything is clean and fix.

Room size, bed comfort, general room cleanliness, Laundry services. Natural light. Size and basic amenities in the toilet. Location--excellent location for work/meeting travelers who have work at the UN ECA premises or in Kazanchis district. 24-hour room service. Laundry services--quite reasonable cost with return within the day. Airport shuttle service very good. Lots of ATMs in the lobby--an added bonus in a city that still uses cash for most transactions.

Location is excellent for walking into the city centre and has bars and cafes close by. It is adjacent the United Nations building so feels safe and secure.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle from the airport was a nice bonus. The location is good, the hotel is very close to the UNECA area. Room and bed were comfortable. The hotel provided toiletries like shampoo, body lotion, shower cap, slippers. The breakfast was very good, all kinds of food, both international and Ethiopian traditional. A nice bonus is the spa and the gym.
